DrNB trainees at our institution receive advanced super-specialty training in a high-volume tertiary care environment. With 28+ successful kidney transplants and more than 1500 arteriovenous (AV) fistula procedures, trainees gain hands-on experience in complex surgical care, transplant medicine, dialysis access management, critical care, and long-term patient follow-up under the mentorship of nationally recognized experts. The program is designed to develop confident, independent super-specialists with strong clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and academic excellence.
